Most Internet courses provide a mean for real-time communication between students and their instructors.  eLearning Resources, provides alternate modes of communication via the DigiChat environment. 

DigiChat is a third party chat facility that is used to enhance communication between student, faculty and staff. DigiChat provides an area that can be used by students, faculty and staff to collaborate with each other in real-time.  The real-time environment allows faculty to provide online office hours, students to collaborate on projects or have virtual study groups, and staff to advise, tutor or provide valuable resources.
